Lifetime Warranty

UltraScope is pleased to offer you a Lifetime Warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty includes the head, eartips, diaphragm, and diaphragm retaining ring. Degradation of the binaural tubing due to bodily oils is not considered a defect, nor is premature aging of the tubing material, diaphragm or eartips caused by improper cleaning. Your warranty card must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The warranty is for the original owner only, and is not transferable.

If you are dissatisfied with your stethoscope, we will replace or refund the purchase price of the stethoscope within 20 days of purchase. It is our goal that every customer is completely satisfied.
