Audire is committed to protecting your privacy. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the data protection legislation in the UK.

When you order from our website, we will ask for your name, telephone numbers, email address, billing and delivery addresses. This is essential information to help process your order efficiently.

We do not sell or share any personal information with others.

Ordering and Payment

1.1

Orders can be placed by secure online payment service or by telephone.

1.2

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We ask for your chosen method of payment (ie: credit card or debit card) via our secure online payment service. We do not store credit card or other payment identification on our servers.

1.3

With telephone ordering, any financial details given to us, are not stored.

1.4

All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We apply a standard cost of £2.50 per stethoscope, applicable to UK /EU. The cost of delivery outside of the UK/EU will be charged at current Royal Mail prices and you will be advised of the cost involved.

1.5

All prices shown are valid at time of placing the order and are displayed exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the order at the current rate applying at the time. An invoice will be sent with each order. The invoice/order number must be quoted on any query or correspondence. All orders will be billed in GBP.

Deliveries and Dispatch

2.1

All our stethoscopes are hand crafted to order, therefore it is expected that all orders of standard designs will be dispatched within 10 working days, unless otherwise informed.

2.2

Damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

2.3

If you do not receive your goods within 14 days of placing your order, or by an agreed date, please contact us.

Cancellation Details

3.1 If within 14 days of delivery, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange the stethoscope or refund the purchase price. (Refunds will be subject to a 2.5% handling/administration charge/

The full refund does not apply to engraved/personalised stethoscopes.

3.3

Goods to be returned in their original packaging. Audire cannot accept responsibility for the transit of goods being returned to us, or for any resulting carriage costs.

Warranty

The UltraScope stethoscope is warranted for life. Your UltraScope will be repaired or replaced at the option of Audire, if a manufacturing or material defect is determined.

UltraScope eartips, diaphragm, retaining ring, and internal spring will be replaced at no charge. Binaural tubing is also warranted if a manufacturing or material defect is determined on inspection.

Abuse, including neglect, unauthorized alteration i.e. switching one head between different tubings or repair attempts will void the warranty.

The warranty registration must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to activate the Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non transferable.

UltraScope stethoscopes comply with the Medical Device Regulations (SI 3017 1994) and bear the CE mark demonstrating they meet the relevant Essential Requirements of the European Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC.

They are registered as a Class 1 Device
